We use your information solely to deliver, improve, and support our medication reminder services:

• Delivering scheduled voice and SMS medication reminders
• Sending real-time confirmation and missed-call alerts to designated caregivers
• Generating compliance reports for individual users and healthcare provider accounts
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
• Processing payments and managing your account
• Improving our platform through aggregated, de-identified usage analysis

3. How We Share Your Information

With Your Designated Caregivers

When you designate a family member or caregiver as a notification contact, that person will receive alerts regarding your confirmation activity. You control who is designated and may update these designations at any time from your account settings.

With Healthcare Providers

If your account is associated with a healthcare provider account, that provider will have access to your adherence records through their Provider Portal under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

With Business Associates

We share PHI with third-party vendors — including cloud infrastructure, telephony, and SMS providers — under signed Business Associate Agreements that prohibit any use of your PHI beyond delivering services to us.

As Required by Law

We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government request, in accordance with HIPAA's permitted disclosure provisions.

4. Data Security

• AES-256 encryption for all data stored in our systems
• Encrypted transmission (TLS) for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls limiting access to authorized personnel

• Business Associate Agreements with all vendors who process PHI

5. Data Retention

We retain your PHI and account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, we retain your data for a minimum of six years as required by HIPAA, after which it will be securely deleted. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will comply to the extent permitted by our legal retention obligations.

• Access: Request a copy of the PHI and personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements
