We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your personal information or Protected Health Information to any third party under any circumstances.

3. How We Share Your Information

With Your Designated Caregivers

When you designate a family member or caregiver as a notification contact, that person will receive alerts regarding your confirmation activity. You control who is designated and may update these designations at any time from your account settings.

With Healthcare Providers

If your account is associated with a healthcare provider account, that provider will have access to your adherence records through their Provider Portal under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

With Business Associates

We share PHI with third-party vendors — including cloud infrastructure, telephony, and SMS providers — under signed Business Associate Agreements that prohibit any use of your PHI beyond delivering services to us.

As Required by Law

We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government request, in accordance with HIPAA's permitted disclosure provisions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your PHI and account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, we retain your data for a minimum of six years as required by HIPAA, after which it will be securely deleted.
