Getting Started

How do I set up medication reminders?
After signing up, click 'Add Reminder' from your dashboard. Enter the medication name and dosage, select your reminder time(s) and preferred method (voice call or SMS), then save. Your first reminder will go out at the scheduled time.
How do I set up the app on my phone?
Visit medicationcallreminder.com on your phone's browser and log in. No app download required — everything works through your browser, voice calls, and SMS.

Reminders & Schedules

How do I change my reminder schedule?
Open the Reminders page, click the edit icon next to the reminder you want to change, update the time, frequency, or delivery method, then click Save. Changes take effect immediately.
Can I set up reminders for multiple medications?
Yes. Add as many reminders as you need. You can set different times, frequencies, and delivery methods for each medication.

Caregivers

Can I add a caregiver to my account?
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Caregivers and enter the caregiver's name, phone, and email. They'll receive an invitation and can monitor your medication adherence from their own dashboard.

Billing & Account

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Account Settings > Billing and click Manage Subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Privacy & Security

Is my health data secure and HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Medication Call Reminder uses bank-level AES-256 encryption and is fully HIPAA compliant. Healthcare providers sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We never sell your data to third parties.
